Terms and conditions

This is a translation of the Spanish version, which prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Who provides the service

Momenrise (momenrise.com) is an application developed and offered by Hernán Arica, an individual domiciled in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact:hernan.arica96@gmail.com. These Terms govern access to and use of Momenrise. ThePrivacy policy separately describes how personal information is handled.

2. What Momenrise is

Momenrise lets you organize habits, set goals, log activities, schedule reminders and check progress indicators such as streaks, frequency and completion. The values depend on what each person logs and on calculation rules that may change. The results are for information only and are not a professional, psychological or medical assessment.

3. Account and minimum age

To use Momenrise you must create an account with truthful information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what is done from your account, without prejudice to the rights the law grants you. You must be at least 13 years old; if you are under 18, you need the permission of your mother, father or responsible adult.

4. Permitted use

You can create, edit, archive and delete habits, log activity and view your data. You may not attempt to access other people's accounts or information, introduce malicious software or use the service in any way contrary to the law.

5. Your content

The names, descriptions and notes you write are yours. You only authorize the technical operations needed to store, sync and show them to you. This does not allow them to be analyzed for commercial purposes or used to train artificial intelligence models.

Momenrise does not need information about your health, religion, sex life or other sensitive data. Please do not include it in free-text fields.

6. Statistics

The app calculates metrics so you can track your own progress. Accepting these Terms does not authorize analyzing your individual behavior for business purposes.

7. Notifications and availability

You can turn reminders on and off whenever you want. Exact delivery of each notification is not guaranteed, because it depends on the device, the connection and external services. The service is provided as is and may have interruptions or changes.

8. AI assistants

You can connect Momenrise to a third-party artificial intelligence assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok/Grokbot, Cursor, VS Code or another MCP-compatible assistant). That assistant acts on your behalf: whatever it does with your authorization, such as creating, changing or deleting habits and entries, counts as done by you. Assistants may misunderstand a request, so review important changes. Momenrise does not control those services and is not responsible for how they work, which is governed by their own terms. You can disconnect them anytime from Settings → AI assistants.

9. Cost

Momenrise is free. If paid features are added in the future, their prices and conditions will be announced before anything is charged and you will have to accept them expressly.

10. Suspension and account deletion

Proportionate measures may be taken in response to unlawful use or use that puts the security of the service at risk. You can delete your account and your data anytime from Settings → Delete account.

11. Intellectual property

The application, its design, code and brand belong to its developer. These Terms give you a limited permission for personal use, without transferring ownership to you.

12. Changes and applicable law

These Terms may be updated. If there are significant changes, the app will ask you to accept them again. Nothing written here limits the non-waivable rights granted to you by consumer protection and personal data protection laws. The laws of the Argentine Republic apply.
